Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipping may take longer than expected. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.


Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping to countries outside of United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at familydiscount9145@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition so we can evaluate and make it right.
